A targeted group of topics can be selected to provide a comprehensive program covering all five elements of The Commitment Empowerment Model™.

David Town is an experienced coach and leadership development professional focused on building individual and organizational leadership capability. David works with organizations who have identified top leadership talent and seek to leverage and accelerate the human capital potential through executive coaching (senior leadership) as well as through senior team development (team coaching through assessment and facilitation). His work involves leadership and stakeholder alignment for coaching-based outcomes related to performance and development. Areas of particular focus include: leadership style, performance-related communication, delegation skills, managing conflict and confrontation, managing change, understanding motivation, managing team dynamics and managing virtual teams. David is very experienced in facilitating exceptional on-line leadership development programs, as he has been creating and delivering leadership training through on-line platforms since 2014.
David has held HR leadership positions at Loblaw Companies Limited, Shoppers Drug Mart and Big V Pharmacies. As a volunteer leader, David was Chair of the Board for the London Chamber of Commerce and served as a Director on the Board for the Ontario Chamber of Commerce. He is actively involved in other leadership roles in his community.

Dave Smith is a leadership coach and consultant serving leaders and their teams to forge new levels of effectiveness and healthier cultures. He is an accomplished executive leader and entrepreneur from multiple start-ups in different industries to one of Canada’s ‘50 Best Managed Companies’. No stranger to virtual leadership, Dave has led, and coached teams spread across Canada for over 20 years. He is accredited in multiple professional associations (CMC, ICF, CIM) and numerous coaching and training systems.
Dave’s career path is dotted with major pioneering initiatives that have sparked innovation, strong business growth and healthy cultural transformations including founding roles in the launch of two financial organizations. In addition to chief executive and finance roles, he led extensive new product & training development in petroleum marketing, banking, insurance, credit card services including Interac Direct Payment Service. Accomplished speaker, facilitator, and writer with national/international experience. Governance and volunteer repertoire include chair of a credit union, national pension plan delegate, vice-chair at St. Paul’s Hospital, Agri-Food Equity Fund Investment Board member & various non-profits and community/school Boards.
